Customers who select 25 or more designers, quantity of at least 2 each, from our "Hot List" will receive a 5% Blanket Discount on ALL orders. You must maintain the minimum of 25 Hot List designers at a quantity of two each on your selection list in order to receive the blanket discount. |
| Customers receive the 5% blanket discount when all invoices are paid within terms. |
| There are some items in our inventory that are not included in the 5% discount. A few examples are threads, Dazor lamps, fabric, and perhaps a few miscellaneous items. For the most part, the 5% discount applies to books and leaflets only. |

| All automatic sales are final. |
| Multple Card Pack Designs |
|
Multiple card packs will be sent in quantities of one pack only. If you select a designer with a quantity of 6, and they release a design sold in packs of 12, we will only send one pack by default. As a general rule we do not put multiple card packs or charms on our automatics. |
| Deadlines For Changes |
|
All changes to your online automatic selections must be made by 12:00 noon central
time on the deadline specified on the Online Auto homepage. |
